Senior Staff
Laura is responsible for the Administrative and Admissions at Cornerstone College. She has worked in Customer Service and Managerial roles for most of her career which spans from Healthcare to Retail. Her excellent communication and customer service skills means that students and parents are effectively supported and have a friendly contact person on hand to assist with any enquiries they may have. In her admissions role she ensures that applications are timely dealt with and supported throughout the application journey. Laura’s previous management role in two of the UK’s best-known Leisure and Entertainment company has been a great asset to the education sector.

Dr. Obikwu, is based in Cambridge and was educated in England and Nigeria. He holds several degrees from universities in both countries including: theB.A. (honours) in History (University of Lagos), LL.B. (honours) (University of Lagos),M.A., Social Legal Studies (University of Sheffield), LL.M., International Legal Studies (University of East London) and Ph.D. in Law (Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge). He is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. In terms of research, his interests lie in International law, International Human Rights Law and the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
Dr. Emmanuel Obikwu

After studying music at Leicester and Reading universities (B.A. (Hons) and M.Mus), Darrell has been teaching music since the 1990s. He joined the Cornerstone teaching team in 2023 and students find him approachable and patient, and always keen to work with pupils to find their best ‘way in’ to the music. People learn in different ways, and he is committed to helping them find their own way. He is an enthusiastic about music in a wide range of styles from Renaissance to contemporary, including jazz. Darrell also helps in other aspects of media such as photography and website animation.
Darrell Richings

David is an education entrepreneur and global education advocate. He was part of the founding team of Cornerstone College in 2012 – driven by a mission to get young people to be the best they can become. David has consulted for governments and corporate organisations in Africa, Europe and the United States – focusing on education as a tool for change and the educated diaspora as ‘change-agents’. He currently heads the Law and Politics department at Cornerstone College and has over the years served as a visiting Law & Politics lecturer in the UK and overseas. David obtained his LLB Law degree from King’s College London (University of London) and is a Member of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple- Inns of Court.

Mr. David Ogunbode

Alan Scott has been in business for over 40 years starting out as a chartered accountant then progressing to set up and run major businesses spanning from the entertainment industry to restaurants. Alan has always had a passion for education and in recent times has become a great advocate for introducing students from secondary and sixth form to Business Management and Leadership classes- He believes that the jobs for the future have to be created by entrepreneurs, and that the creative genius in young people must be unleashed early. Alan has been involved in supporting various ventures including not-for profits in Cambridge and other parts of the UK. He joined the college team in 2017 and has been involved in developing courses in leadership and entrepreneurship for our students in Cambridge and other learners across the world.
Alan Scott

Mr Graham has a BSc in Physics. He also has an MSc, Microelectronics MSc, and a Dip Ed, Education from Swansea University Swansea University. He has previously worked as an Education Officer for the Government of Kenya and has worked as a trainer in Saudi Arabia. Aside from his teaching and educational leadership experience, he has also worked for the BAE Systems and the NHS in his career journey. Before joining Cornerstone College, he had managed a health facility in the East of England.
